Central London, Embankment |5 days a week | flexible hours would be considered | £25k/£28k PA depending on experience

The primary focus of this Central London role is to ensure the smooth running of the office, delivering proactive, highly organised support in a fast paced environment. This company would consider flexible working hours for the right candidate.

General Office Support:
  • Ensure smooth running of all office functions to include but not limited to office maintenance, coordinating IT support and equipment, office equipment, managing stationery supplies, insurances, etc
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, arranging visitor hospitality etc
  • Management of the meeting rooms
  • Organise and manage cost effective UK and overseas travel arrangements, providing journey itineraries
  • Arrange staff functions
  • Coordinate courier requirements on behalf of the team
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the team
  • Appointed person first aider and Fire Marshall, ensuring familiarity with safety and security procedures
Financial Management:
  • Book-keeping; supplier invoice processing & tracking, in-house petty cash and reconciliation and payment of expenses and/or company credit/debit cards in a timely manner
PA Support:
  • PA support and diary management to CEO and Managing Director
  • Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them as appropriate
  • Prepare agendas, reports and presentations
  • Manage robust filing systems for client coverage (both hard and soft copies)
  • Ensure contacts are updated in Outlook
  • Organise restaurant bookings
General:
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, together with excellent numeracy and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Apply discretion and sensitivity at all times
  • Able to see the big picture and make a positive contribution
  • Develop strong relationships and networks
  • Undertake any other appropriate duties as may be required by Management on an ad-hoc basis
