Petts Wood/Bromley |9.30am-4pm | Monday to Friday | £17,550 - £19,500 (pa depending on experience) | Benefits include pension and 28 days holiday (inc bank hols)

This busy office currently based in Petts Wood (re-locating to Bromley in late summer) are looking for a capable administrative assistant, a wonderful opportunity to work locally with school friendly hours.

You will need to be:
  • IT literate with a full and comprehensive knowledge of Office 365
  • A good communicator as you will be responding to customers verbally and in writing
  • Experienced in working in a customer focused environment
  • An effective team worker
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Have a positive professional attitude
  • Have the ability to be able to learn new IT systems quickly
  • Good attention to detail
The role will include but not be limited to:
  • Answering phones and being a first point of contact for clients
  • Loading bills and invoices onto a finance package
  • Responding to emails
  • Helping prepare quotes for clients
  • Progressing engineers reports
  • Loading information onto an accounts system when required
  • following up quotes
