Bromley | Part-Time | 14 hours a week | Salary £10.20 ph

This lovely local job is about building relationships with local business in Bromley, particularly the office sector.

You will be reporting to the Events and Marketing Co-ordinator, this role is based in Bromley town centre on a part time basis (14 hours a week). The purpose of the role is to support the team in engaging with businesses, particularly the office sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Contact levy paying businesses by phone initially to get details of key contact.
  • Arrange appointments for account managers to visit their allocated businesses.
  • Visit by arrangement most senior managers in the remaining offices to ensure they are aware of existing services offered by the team, identify their priorities for address queries that businesses may have about services offered etc. where possible, and reporting back any issues that can’t be resolved.
  • Input contact details and summary of team interactions onto the database (training provided).
  • Organise workshops between account managers and key office sector contacts.
Person Specification:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outgoing personality with ability to persuade businesses to engage with this organistaion.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • IT Literate particularly in Microsoft Office and database updating.
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work on one’s own initiative, with communication of activities back to line manager.
  • Ability to work with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Willingness and ability to follow the operational procedures, as dictated by the company.
  • Passionate about Bromley town centre.
