Grove Park/Lee (some remote working possible) | 8-12 hours per week (flexible on days/hours) | £10 - £15 ph

This lovely company is looking to recruit an administrative co-ordinator to join their team. They specialise in running term time netball academies and holiday workshops for girls aged between 5 and 18 years, they also run other sports related events such as tours.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Registration and co-ordination of termly academies.
  • Registration and co-ordination of holiday workshops.
  • Communication with parents.
  • Stock monitoring / ordering and organising.
  • Ensuring correct receipt of money for academies / events and kit purchases.
  • Booking management and communication with facility providers.
  • Updating social media and website.
Required Skills or Qualifications:
  • Organisational Skills
  • Communications Skills
  • Standard microsoft office or equivalent tools.
  • Social media editing.
Hours and rates:

Flexible weekday hours, this company is based in SE12 and some remote working is possible. The ideal person would be required to work 8-12 hours a week, choice of flexible hours depending on your availability.

The rate of £10-15 per hour is dependent on experience and qualifications.

Note: Netball coaching work also available if you have the qualifications and wishes to increase hours / involvement in the club do also have a look at the Coaching job specification.
