West Dulwich Office or Home | 15-20 hours per week (flexible on days/hours) | Salary £20ph (DOE)

This award-winning health and wellbeing consultancy is looking for a Content Manager and Sales Support person.

This role can be part-time, and would suit a parent who wants to work around school hours either from their West Dulwich office or from home.

The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, familiar with social media and have good client service skills. Sales skills will be a big plus!

Content & Marketing:
  • Content amplification
  • Asset sweating – maximising the impact of our books, podcast, brochures, scorecard and social media channels
  • Adding our videos to You Tube
  • Engaging with our community on social media – Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Follow up with prospects
  • Lead nurturing (Health IQ)
  • Manage and produce monthly newsletter
  • Add new leads to the Leads spreadsheet, call where necessary
  • Save lead’s Health IQ questionnaire, with consent into notes on AC
  • Contacting old Health IQ leads with relevant content
  • Add new client information to Active Campaign
  • Use LinkedIn to identify, court and engage prospects
Account Management:
  • Client XXX - Manage and produce their weekly ‘How To’ e-mails, manage and produce monthly newsletter) / record open rate stats each month / monthly call with the client
  • Assist with other corporate clients
Client & Sales Support:
  • Customer experience / satisfaction – quizzes, courtesy calls and online surveys
  • Ordering products - DNAFit, bloods, gut test and Oura Ring for clients
  • Chasing test results as above
  • Produce DNAFit reports in InDesign
  • Monitor for DNAFit results and add these to OneDrive and add relevant information to AC
  • Event booking, researching venues, assisting team with organisation
  • Adding events to Eventbrite and promoting on social media
  • Producing weekly podcast and blog stats and adding to spreadsheet
  • Posting weekly MC recipes to Facebook page (Fridays), including discount code
  • Each Wednesday put together a blog post for the latest podcast episode, with a link to the recording
  • Manage and produce weekly blog posts – including sourcing appropriate images from
  • Proofread and amend blogs from
  • Sourcing images for newsletters etc from and ensuring they are titled for SEO Each Wednesday post latest blog and podcast to Twitter, LinkedIn, tagging guests where possible
  • Each Wednesday e-mail podcast guest to let them know episode is live, with link and ask them to share on social media
  • Each Wednesday post latest blog as a story on Thrive Global
  • Each Wednesday e-mail to add latest blog to KPI website
  • Every month e-mail SE magazine with one of our blog posts to feature in the magazine. Needs to be between 300 – 500 words and contain no promotional material
  • Putting together and scheduling ad-hoc campaigns in AC
