Jane founded Successful Mums with a mission to support all mums no matter their circumstances; delivering hope there is a new career or a new business – and a new you – as a mum.
With a background of teaching, coaching and funding Jane has heaps of experience working with a range of women looking for career advice. Having previously run training programmes and women returner days for corporates, community partners and specialist women’s organisations (including HM Prison), inclusivity remains at the core of the Academy.
Jane has been commissioned on a number of occasions to advise government career advisors. Working across industries she has a wide experience of different skill sets needed across sectors. Co-chair of the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and a contributor to a number of Ofqual organisations, Jane is able to share her experience of working with women returners, and the challenges they face, to influence policy at government level to make change for women looking for flexible work.
It’s no wonder Bromley, Bexley and South London awards has used her vast experience to judge entrepreneur of the year awards across the boroughs!

Being a mum is the best thing ever, however it’s easy to lose your way and your mojo. We work with a wide range of mums, from vulnerable women to returners at prestigious corporate organisations. With an initial goal of helping 100 mums, we have gone on to support thousands.
With her creative thinking and amazing network, Jane is always a moment away from helping more mums with their confidence, their potential and their true career aspirations. Jane is a marathon runner and keen supporter of children’s charities, having raised thousands of pounds for charity over the years. She is also partial to wearing (and making) a wide brimmed hat!
Personal success is at the heart of what Jane does and what we do; success is different for everyone. What counts is what’s important to YOU right now in this current chapter. Whatever that looks like, we can help make it happen.
