The Administration Hub are a unique virtual support service. We offer a wide range of cost-effective services including PA duties, administration, finance, sales, marketing and social media, HR support, compliance and much more. We support business or personal needs, whilst building an honest, trusting and transparent relationship, giving business owners and individuals more time back.
What made you want to be part of the London Mayors Parenting Project with Successful Mums?
Successful Mums values are very similar to The Administration Hubs with regards to helping parents. We are pleased to be part of this project to develop our flexible working and grow our workforce with professional and passionate women including parents.
Tell us about your experience of the advice and support provided by Successful Mums as part of the Project?
The team at Successful Mums were extremely helpful, not only with providing lots of relevant information on how to be more flexible as an organisation, the online training module on flexible resources filled in lots of the gaps for us and saved us time,
What 3 key pieces of advice did you take from the initiative?
- Access to new qualified Successful Mum graduates
- Ongoing support when we recruit graduates including career support and digital skills
- The Menopause policy to reach out to this demographic of experienced skilled women

What’s next for the Administration Hub and Successful Mums?
We have implemented the menopause policy and are advertising for staff as part of the free advertising.
