Successful Mums Career Academy is delighted to have achieved the Matrix Standard accreditation for the seventh consecutive year, recognising our continued high‑quality Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and Career Advice to women and returning mums.

This year’s Matrix assessment has highlighted the strength of our mum centred approach, our experienced team and our empathy for all circumstances and treating everyone individually based on the chapter they are in.

This highlights our commitment to providing flexible guidance and relevant accredited training that supports women at every stage of their career journey.

The Matrix consultant praised SMCA as:

Since launching in 2014 with a mission to support just 100 mums, we have now helped over 12,000 women build confidence, gain qualifications and return to meaningful work. We partner with over 600 employers to shape more inclusive, flexible roles that benefit mums, businesses the economy and contribute positively to child poverty and social value.

Our team, many of whom are working mums bring lived experience, authenticity and passion to every touch point.
