This month, Successful Mums celebrates 12 years of helping mums rebuild confidence, return to work, start businesses and take exciting new steps forward. What started with one mum’s idea to support 100 mums has grown into over 12,000 thousand new beginnings.

And it seems it’s not just us reflecting on how far we’ve come. Judges at The National Business Women’s Awards have also been taking note.

Made up of 24 categories for businesses in the UK, a national panel of judges all entries. Our Founder, Jane Knight, was invited along to the Grand Awards ceremony. Unbeknown to her, she was set to receive the incredibly special Lifetime Achievement award.

Celebrating the UK’s most inspiring business women, the Lifetime Achievement award is presented to a woman who throughout her career, has supported and equipped women in their sector to progress and accomplish significant achievements.

Jane was recognised for the impact she has made supporting thousands of women back to work. You can watch her reaction here, as she accepts the award with son Daniel, who is credited with being the inspiration behind Successful Mums:
