Successful Mums have recently won funding to support London employers to become more flexible as a workforce and provide support to be a parent-friendly organisation.

An initiative funded by the London Mayor, designed to help employers become more flexible by making a few small changes, that in turn will have a big impact on their workforce and attract skilled women.

Sign up for this innovative project and Successful Mums will provide you with a number of related policies and training modules, which can include hybrid working, how to diversify and reach out to skilled women, how to positively manage flexible employees and how to support women of all ages in the workplace, including mid-life mums.
