Job Requirements

  • Content Management:
    • Upload and manage product listings on our WordPress website.
    • Ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Regularly update website content and monitor for any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
    • Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service in both Bulgarian and English.
    • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Translate documents and communication materials between Bulgarian and English.
    • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and other business documents.
  • Ad Hoc Duties:
    • Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
  • Location:
    • Remote access for this role but the company is based in Bulgaria.

Skills Required

  • Language Skills:
    • Fluent in Bulgarian and English (both written and verbal).
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in using WordPress for content management.
    • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in an administrative or similar role is required.
    • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is highly desirable.
    • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
