Pay: Part-time/Flexible – starting salary is £11 per hour. This is revisited after the 3 month probationary period. We usually offer a zero-hours contract to allow our teams more flexibility in shifts.

Speciality services include hyperbaric oxygen therapy, lymphatic drainage, IV vitamin drips, pressotherapy, facials and cryoskin treatments that target fat loss and skin toning.
About the role: Hours and availability will be discussed at interview. Our clinics are currently open from 8.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. We require our staff to cover these hours either by full or part-time shifts depending on availability. Rotas will be agreed in advance The LondonCryo Front of House is accountable for all aspects of the clinics performance and to develop strategies to grow the membership base for the location. They build capabilities within the location teams to drive sales and convert new clients to active members daily. Development and performance management strategy.
We provide in-house training for all of our treatments and an exceptional level of customer service from all of our staff.
The role includes answering calls and enquiries from clients, booking appointments, cleaning saunas and changing rooms after each client, learning and then talking knowledgeably about our treatments.
Skills required: We would like our team to be customer service orientated, reliable, pro-active, good teamworker and able to communicate effectively with both staff and clients.
