Location: Hybrid with one or two days in Camden (47 Chalk Farm Rd, Chalk Farm, London NW1 8AJ)
Salary: £26,500 – £29,000 per annum, depending on experience (pro-rata)
Hours: 24 hours per week – three days a week – eight hours a day with 30 minute paid lunch

About the role:
We are looking for a part-time experienced support workers to join our team as our programme grows and we welcome more women into our cohorts.
Our support workers are a vital part of our team and programme as they walk side by side with our trainees supporting them to build their confidence, reach independence and thrive in employment.
Skills required:
- Support work or social work experience
- Experience supporting an individual through safeguarding issues
- Personable and patient with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Person-centred approach to support that is trauma-informed
- Organised with record keeping, time-keeping, and communication
