Pay: £14.95 per hr – Part-time – Wednesdays from 3pm- 7.30pm

About us: Vibrance coordinates the LinkMeUp Personal Assistant (PA) Register, a matching service for children, adults and older people who need support with everyday living; from personal care to accessing the community.

The role of a PA is to assist the individual with various activities of daily living so they can be as independent as possible. PAs usually support the individual in their own home or out in the community. You’ll be employed directly by an individual who’s managing and paying for their own care through a social care direct payment.

You can be employed directly by one employer or work for a number of different people. We are looking for people who are friendly, reliable, respectful, and organised to support individuals living in Bromley.

Hours are flexible and can be built up around your own commitments. There are no formal qualifications required and professional experience is not essential – it’s about having the right attitude! Employment is subject to two satisfactory references, DBS and Right to Work checks.

About the role: We have a client who is looking for 7 hours of support in Elmers End, Beckenham. There may be potential for extra hours to be taken on.

Our client is 53 years old and has MS, uses a lightweight wheelchair when outside and has some issues with her memory. This lady requires a PA who can drive their own vehicle and is physically fit and capable of handling a lightweight wheelchair- which will need to be carried in and out of the vehicle.

Duties include domestic/household duties, food shopping and some support with personal care. Wednesdays from 3pm- 7.30pm to support the client with collecting her child from school in Kent House and supporting the client during this time. Remaining hours, days and times to be agreed upon.
