Successful Mums Career Academy has extensive experience of helping a broad range of referral partners to support their customers and the challenges they face on the journey back to work.
Having won the ERSA Partner of The Year, amongst other awards, we’re proud to have collaborated with hundreds of referral partners across London and Kent – including job centres, housing associations, family liaison services, councils and LEPs – to help thousands of mums with their careers.
The breadth of People We work with
We work with Local Education Partnerships, Business Improvement Districts, housing associations, refuges, Job Centres, Councils, prisons and people from the armed forces. If your organisation would like to work with us, we’d love to hear from you – and we’d love to help your clients.
You can either simply refer your customers to register their interest in one of our courses here, or you can contact us to enquire about an official partnership. Successful Mums can help you with your own targets (we can even run joint remote events) to reach out and support even more mums together.

“We’ve had such a positive experience working with the team at Successful Mums. Their innovative approach to helping women into work through returner days, specially designed courses and their network all contributes to the success and positive outcomes of the organisation. The feedback from our tenants has always been great.”

Anita Emery, HM Prison Holloway
Councilor Peter Morgan, Bromley
“We subcontracted with Successful Mums Career Academy as we knew they were able to connect with a niche audience of women returners. Their whole ethos, integrity and bespoke accredited training resources were fantastic. We rated the team outstanding when we carried out our teaching observations as part of our quality checks. Their knowledge of the funding, the sector and their audience of mums, is second to none.”
