When I first met Laura, she hadn’t worked and really didn’t think she would find a job, let alone one to fit in around her daughter.
With confidence-boosting techniques, (tried and tested) work experience and connections with flexible friendly employers, along with CV and interview skills, the Successful Mums Back to Work course was just the ticket for young mum, Laura Wright.
We connected Laura with one of our loyal employers Premier Inn, who offered a 5 week, work experience role, giving Laura the gentle stepping stone into the world of work she needed.
Laura’s confidence and positive attitude impressed the managers and she was offered a permanent role to fit around her childcare.
