What was your biggest barrier at the start of the course to finding work?
My biggest barrier was a lack of confidence in myself. I felt I wasn’t good enough to find a job after 4 years of being a stay home mum.

The content is well organised. It is full of all valuable information but not in an overwhelming way.

What did you gain from the course?
I gained confidence in myself and realised my skills.
Connecting with other mums helped me to understand there were other women feeling the same way as me. I felt less alone and understood by them.
I gained a clear idea of how to improve my CV and rock in an interview!

Attending this course made a huge difference in my life. I have not only found a job, but I learnt to love myself more in the process and the importance to connect with people alike.
I have also started running and recently completed my first 5k!
