Cooking up a treat!
Making the decision to start her own cookery school in West Wickham, Regan Anderton, mum of one, decided to enrol on the Successful Mums Business Start-up Course. Having worked in the marketing industry for over 16 years, Regan has always had a passion for food! A food blogger at whatiatelastnight.com, food editor for LIFE magazines and had previously run food stalls at Greenwich market.

After having her son she was aware that many mums struggled with cooking fresh, nutritious food for their family and was inspired to set up The Cooking Shed.
Regan says, “Successful Mums has given me the confidence, skills and foundations that I need to start my own business. From writing a business plan, believing in myself and offering a support network of other mums who are going through the same thing, to allowing me to learn from others mistakes and successes by introducing me to other mums who have started and are now running their own successful businesses, the whole experience has been invaluable”.
Regan is looking forward to working and supporting local business and producers by using locally produced food and running skills based classes to the public with a mixture of adult only classes such as bread making and how to cook the perfect steak and children/adult classes.
“Successful Mums has given me the confidence, skills and foundations that I need to start my own business, the whole experience has been invaluable.”
